Residential Market Update

July

July Stats are in & they show our market is still going strong! We saw a healthy amount of sales in July which has kept our Months of Inventory stat down.  This helped stabilize prices and provided a quicker turn around time for sellers.  Currently our market is in need of more inventory due to the increase in sales.  Buyers are also benefitting right now due to low mortgage rates.  This is a great time to both buy and sell.
